The frog’s legs that I have tasted aboard the Carnival Splendor were flavorsome and succulent like a cross between a fish and chicken. The dish was showered with a pinch of lemon juice from the lemon slice and some herbs like parsley. The frog’s legs were seared to perfection with some browning on the meat that looked like roasted chicken. The only downside was the amount of olive oil added to the dish. As for my taste, it was rather oily. The bread on the side also added a nice compliment to the frog’s leg dish, especially when one can use it soak up the oil and other frog’s legs flavors lingering behind.
